Grind the cookies into fine powder. You can use cookies of any flavour , here I had used Kesar Cashew badam flavour.
In a bowl , add ground cookie powder, all purpose flour, powdered sugar, salt and yeast and mix well.
Now add melted butter and milk and knead into a soft dough. You can add more flour if the dough is sticky.
Spread little oil to the dough surface and keep it covered for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, you will see that the dough has become fluffy.
Now take the whole dough and roll it into thick round shape of atleast 1 cm thickness.
Take a medium sized bowl which has a sharp edge , press it into the dough and take it off. You will get a big circle.
Now for the centre indentation, use a small bottle cap and press it and remove it.
Repeat this and make rest of the doughnuts.
Separate the remaining dough and re use it to make it again.
Heat oil in a kadai, keep the flame to medium and deep fry the doughnuts.Drain and keep aside.
Take the chocolate syrup in a bowl, dip one surface of doughnut into the chocolate syrup and arrange it in a plate.
Sprinkle the edible sprinkles on top of the chocolate surface and serve.
